yesterday it was the limit
from last 4 to 5 days at night (don't know what time) i feel i am unable to move my head neck and hear some kind of noise, a very different one, once i heard some one calling me (it sounded as if i know that voice, but never heard that before)
but yesterday it was worst
my eyes were open, i wasn't even sleeping i was completely sane, i was kind of paralyzed wasn't able to move any of my body part and sound of "ghungroo" (chan chan chan kind of sound) and my head was towards wall so wasn't able to see any thing and it sounded as if some one wearing ghungroo walking in my room from here to there, i even tried to shout, call my mom from next room and i wasn't even able to make any kind of noise it lasted for 15 min and i was so horrified and scared
i am not a kid, i am 17, nor i am joking, yes i am afraid of ghosts and all but this kind of thing never happened to me before, nor i did watched any horror movies within these days, and currently my status is i am afraid to go to bed and switch off the lights.

What happened to you is perfectly believable and has happened to me and to others. It is the brain's subconscious arguing with the conscious over who was still in power (to put it simply). You are not going crazy and you are not seeing ghosts. If you get desperate enough, go see either a nerosurgeon or a neurologist for a deeper explanation, if you can't find enough in your local library. I won't suggest a psychologist because he would sign you up for at least five visits, each costing about $250.

It's a medical thing, not a spiritual one, but I do know it is frightening because I had it as a teenager as well. Now that I'm in my 40's, I seem to have "outgrown" it for the most part, though I do still have the occasional episode of sleep paralysis coupled with the hypnagogia (which for me takes the form of visual and/or auditory hallucinations most of the time). Once it passes, get up and walk around. You can have several episodes in one night and walking around the house for a little while after having one does help prevent more of them or at least tones them down a bit.

When I met my bf he was all into me really interested and stuff. I had to go away to study and he was cool with it. He would pay my phone bill, by me stuff for school etc..He would encourage a relationship between him and my mom and sis, he would call them just to get to know them. He told his mom about me and his mom and I call each other up to this day.
A little over a year ago he started getting distant, not calling hardly replying to my texts. But the thing is he wasnt just doing it to me he was doing it to almost everyone. When I did go to visit him for the summer her treated me real good, he bought me breakfast in bed, my coffee, gave me money he even introduced me to his guy frens...but he was still distant. He told me he had alot of stress.
When I returned to school he never called i didnt hear from him in months..when i did talk to him he told me someone broke into his home, he got no money in the bank and had to start all over again..then he told me to just move on and forget him. I told him No...Two weeks later he started texting me ..then he began talking to me normal...we spoke everysingle day...And now he stopped talking again for almost a week..no reply to my text nothing.
he had told both his mom and mine he was waiting until i returned from school to settle down and get serious. When we spoke up to last week he spoke promising about us. I dont know why he stops talking and then talks again. I dunno if he misses me and prefers not to talk or if hes trying to let me down easy..but that doesnt explain why his mom when she talks to me is convinced that I am her daughter in law..should i be understanding he may be depressed and give him space? what is it?is he insecure and feels i may never return so he is distancing himself so he wont get hurt. Its the week before valnetines and he disappears!What is going on here? Guys help please?

Ok I have no idea what is going on pregnant or not?
Me and my boyfriend decided last month that we were going to try for a baby so I came of birth controll with no side affects at all. My period is due on the 16th of feb I do not get symptoms of my period I just come on on the day I am due. Anyways for the last few days my breasts have been feeling heavy and my nipples feel hot,big itchy and they hurt to touch. The lower part of my stomach is cramping mostly in the right side and I look bloated. I have also been producing a white mucous, and when I feel inside my cervix feels completely different to what I did before it is soft and wider :s is this normal? I have taken 2 pregnancy tests which where both negitive but I took them in the afternoon because I could not wait to see. But I know it is early to take a test and get a result so I am not going to take one for a few days now on the morning. What do you think and is my cervix normal I'm worried! Third, if you are under 18 no legitimate model scout would even speak to you directly about work. They can't. An agency can only speak to your parent or legal guardian
These are almost all perverts looking for people to send pictures of themselves which they will sell to porn sites without your permission.

I only know a little about Aspergers. Think about this: you can interact socially with your mom. How did you reach that point of familiarity? I bet you could become familiar enough with these people to be able to sit at lunch at the staff room and they can just let you be.

My mum thinks i should just do the afternoon again and see if i can keep up / do it.

the teacher also doesn't want me in on fridays- last Thursday she said have a nice weekend (weeks ago i asked what days could I be in (afternoons.)
I also just stand around looking awkward / quiet cause im too shy to say bye...then eventually just wonder off and find my mum (she also works there) but this week she is gonna be in the canteen (i cant / dont wanna be with her. she has her lunch after most staff (eg when lunch time is over)I voulunteer at a primary school - and i want to do a full day tomorrow but? id have no where to go for lunch?
I only know a little about Aspergers. Think about this: you can interact socially with your mom. How did you reach that point of familiarity? I bet you could become familiar enough with these people to be able to sit at lunch at the staff room and they can just let you be.
I assume there's not a place outside of the school where you could go? Pack a lunch and eat out there? Otherwise it will just have to be going home.... Good luck.

I am a 14 year old boy. I have been having incredible painful headaches for the last 2 years. They are migraine and sharp headaches. I have them mostly every day. It would be very rare for not to have a headache every day. I see things different from everyone else. I mean I see the environment around me like everyone else, but when I focus on something I see all these crazy ideas about it. Not as if they make sence but I think of thousands of questions of the scientific origin of something that only make sence to me but if I told them to someone else they would just think I am crazy. I hate talking out loud so i talk inside my head and i always think about how i hate the whole human race. At first i though i had 2 personalities but then i figured i have one personality that is somewhat broken. I was wondering if I have something like aspergers syndrum. I always want to tell someone but then its like my other side of me makes me not tell anyone because i know it will just ruin my entire life because people will worry and change my life. I hate change. Then I know this sounds crazy but every important decision i make its like I have a whole council of different me's that have differnet roles and jobs in my brain. And i can see them and they vote about this decision, thats why i am extreamly good at predicting thins. I wanted to get some intel about what this mean, and what i should do? Also I can estimate and predict things even if i don't understand why? Some medical inputs would be nice. Ps. even if i told my parents most likely they would not believe me, and don;t say i should ask them anyway because you don't know them. I don't think i should tell my school councelor because then they might change something about my educational career. So who do i ask???????????? I am a teacher for students with autism and aspergers syndrome (which is a form of autism). There are so many different ways that people exhibit these disorders that it would be difficult to tell you for sure if you have this from your post. That being said, you do exhibit many of the characteristics that I see in students. The fact that you feel so different and so isolated from others is definitely a symptom. I would talk to your school counselor about it. There is absolutely no reason for him/her to change your current educational path. You have shown that you have a self-awareness that you have used to circumvent many of your barriers. What should happen is that he/she has some testing done. If you do have some sort of autism, you will qualify for some additional help if you would like it. I know it is a scary and difficult thing to discuss, so I want to tell you that I am proud of you for posting this. If your counselor isn't someone that you feel comfortable talking to, please talk to one of your teachers about it. It is something that will impact the rest of your life, and it can be a relief to you to find out that your problems have been a result of aspergers. Please talk to someone! You also should know that there are many successful adults that have some form of autism. People with any form of autism learn and see the world differently. Remember that different is not a bad thing, it is just your own way of seeing and doing things. In fact, many people with aspergers are extremely intelligent.

my headaches and my lower back hurts ... boy my boobs are growing ! and are super tender and my nipples are darker... im always tierd and i never feel good ... but for some reason my periods are always 28 days apart and for the past couple of months they have been 42 or more days and it is getting crazy and i really do think i am pregnant but i dont understand y i would have my period then ? i am in need of a pregnancy test but that involves having my mom buy one so what do you think ? is it possible to have a period every month but be pregnant ? they are really messing up and becoming irregular and weird so that and the symptoms are killing me ... thank uI think i am pregnant... do u think it is possible?

To my knowledge no. A period is your uterus shedding out and I doubt it can do that if you have a baby developing in there. That's the most I know though.

You could be pregnant and spotting. Why does your mom have to buy the pregnancy test? If you can't afford one go to a Planned Parenthood and get one for free! Until you know for sure that you are not pregnant, make sure you don't smoke or drink alcohol! Please get a pregnancy test ASAP though, you need to know if you are pregnant in order to get good prenatal care/decide if you want to keep the baby or not!
Brown discharge and/diareah are usually what make it official for my last two pregnancies. Its important you find out soon if u are so you can get the proper care for your baby as needed. If you don't want to involve your mom (in case its a false alarm) try pulling out any savings you may have and buy it yourself. If not, it takes two to make a baby try asking your boyfriend to buy it.
if your not pregnant, you should go to your Gynocologist to make sure your okay. It could turn out to be just a cyst or hormonal issues. Regardless if you are or are not prego seeing a doctor would give you the best insight. Good luck and be careful ;)

My friends mom actually had a period (what she thought was her period) for six months before she found out that she was six months pregnant. I think its rare, but more common then people think. You need to take a test or see a doctor. That is the only definite way of knowing. Good luck!

yesterday it was the limit
from last 4 to 5 days at night (don't know what time) i feel i am unable to move my head neck and hear some kind of noise, a very different one, once i heard some one calling me (it sounded as if i know that voice, but never heard that before)
but yesterday it was worst
my eyes were open, i wasn't even sleeping i was completely sane, i was kind of paralyzed wasn't able to move any of my body part and sound of "ghungroo" (chan chan chan kind of sound) and my head was towards wall so wasn't able to see any thing and it sounded as if some one wearing ghungroo walking in my room from here to there, i even tried to shout, call my mom from next room and i wasn't even able to make any kind of noise it lasted for 15 min and i was so horrified and scared
i am not a kid, i am 17, nor i am joking, yes i am afraid of ghosts and all but this kind of thing never happened to me before, nor i did watched any horror movies within these days, and currently my status is i am afraid to go to bed and switch off the lights.

What happened to you is perfectly believable and has happened to me and to others. It is the brain's subconscious arguing with the conscious over who was still in power (to put it simply). You are not going crazy and you are not seeing ghosts. If you get desperate enough, go see either a nerosurgeon or a neurologist for a deeper explanation, if you can't find enough in your local library. I won't suggest a psychologist because he would sign you up for at least five visits, each costing about $250.

Yup. Sleep paralysis with hypnagogia, which is very, very common in people who suffer from sleep paralysis. It's a well know phenomena that is found in people from every culture. It's a medical thing, not a spiritual one, but I do know it is frightening because I had it as a teenager as well. Now that I'm in my 40's, I seem to have "outgrown" it for the most part, though I do still have the occasional episode of sleep paralysis coupled with the hypnagogia (which for me takes the form of visual and/or auditory hallucinations most of the time). Once it passes, get up and walk around. You can have several episodes in one night and walking around the house for a little while after having one does help prevent more of them or at least tones them down a bit.

Had upset stomach & diarrhoea for 2 days now...What could it be?
Yesterday while I was at the gym, I had a sudden unsettling feeling in my stomach and quickly rushed to the toilet to which I noticed diarrhoea, and then about 15 mins later I had to rush to the gym toilet again for a second bout of diarrhoea. I got home and went 2 more times before settling down for the night. Then today I have been fine until about 20 mins (nearly midnight) and I've had to go toilet again just once out of the whole day. There is no blood in my stools, but it is kind of mucousy. I ate a rotten tomato yesterday lunch time and feel that may have been the reason for the icky stomach, so should I give it another day and if I feel the same go see a doctor?Had upset stomach %26amp; diarrhoea for 2 days now...What could it be?

I met this guy, we went out, we hit it off, then he was talking to his friends and calling me his girl, etc... You can also hit the BARS with a rolled-up newspaper and shout, "NO!" I have kept the whole crate with a puppy inside on my bed when I go to sleep. They are so small that it is possible. If this puppy is housebroken and can be trusted? He can sleep in your room or on your bed. Dogs are descended from wolves and they live and sleep in packs.
Just be careful. When we are half-asleep and angry? We are prone to smack the dog that is keeping us awake. Toy breeds are much more likely to be severely injured when this happens. Of course, we should NEVER hit our dog. I'm just trying to be realistic here.

I have recently taken a liking to those Clover Leaf cans of tuna. They have tons of different flavors and are easy to pack for lunch. I have been eating a can every day at lunch time. Each can is 85 grams.

Is it okay to eat canned tuna every day?
I have recently taken a liking to those Clover Leaf cans of tuna. They have tons of different flavors and are easy to pack for lunch. I have been eating a can every day at lunch time. Each can is 85 grams.

I met this guy, we went out, we hit it off, then he was talking to his friends and calling me his girl, etc... An acquaintance of mine relatively frequently gets herself drunk. She ends up losing things, and ends up being upset the next day about what happened. Yet she still decides to go out the next week, and get drunk, and ends up losing things and gets upset.

They will cry and carry on. When they try to bite the metal bars? Shake the crate and shout, "NO!" Shake within reason, of course! You can also hit the BARS with a rolled-up newspaper and shout, "NO!" I have kept the whole crate with a puppy inside on my bed when I go to sleep. They are so small that it is possible. If this puppy is housebroken and can be trusted? He can sleep in your room or on your bed. Dogs are descended from wolves and they live and sleep in packs.
Just be careful. When we are half-asleep and angry? We are prone to smack the dog that is keeping us awake. Toy breeds are much more likely to be severely injured when this happens. Of course, we should NEVER hit our dog. I'm just trying to be realistic here.

It would be no problem at all. The can of tuna tiday has only about 3.5 ounces of tuna after draining the water. You could eat two cans every day. The problem actually would be what are you eating with it? Mayo naise? etc like the butter we add to potatoes then blame the potato, the tuna is fine, when you compare the protein and potassium yoiu are getting, enjoy. The lead levels are not much compared to years ago or to all the other problems in the water /air.

I am a little concerned because the diarrhea has lasted for more than 3 days. I know that stomach viruses last for 2-3 days, so I'm a little concerned as to why I have diarrhea like I have. I have an appointment booked with the doctor tomorrow at 4pm, but I'm worried about what he may say.

Yogurt will do the same thing. Please do drink plenty of non-caffeinated fluids to prevent dehydration, the most dangerous concern with extended diarrhea.
