I know this sounds an odd question, but somone did it to me in a restaurant the other day. I laughed, he laughed, but I was not sure what I was laughing at and I wondered what he was doing. Does anyone know? lolWhat does it mean when someone rolls at camera (like videoing) at you and laughs?
he mightve been putting you on camera and hes not supposed to do that without asking you
