How is it for deaf people to think?

Normal people (like me) "hears" sounds when thinking, so what does people that never haven't heard a sound in their whole life think with? (don't answer "with their heads" or something silly like that, I want serious answers..) This has bothered me all day X)How is it for deaf people to think?
If you want a serious answer try posting a serious question.

-Thinking does not make an audible noise.

-Thinking does not require ears.
Deaf people are normal!!!!!!!!!!! You do not need to hear words to think. Thinking doesn't not require the ability to understand any words at all. Babies think. They think from the moment they are born. They don't understand any words. How is it for deaf people to think?
Deaf people do hear some sounds whether they wear a hearing aid or not. I have not come across someone who can 'hear' sounds when thinking. It may help to give some examples from your experience.
are you saying people whoa re deaf are abnormal?

people ask this question every week---sometimes multiple times a weekHow is it for deaf people to think?
well, its like this: deaf people think much more clearly than people that can hear. they don't have the distraction of LOUD sounds that we hear like music, car horns, etc.
